Objectives:
Reading: Students will identify the characteristics of poetry. Students will identify stanzas in poetry. Students will refer to stanzas when discussing poetry.
Math: Students will work on addition and subtraction strategies with larger numbers. Students will review fractions.
Social Studies: Students will learn about geography.
Science: Students will continue their work with Earth Materials.
Writing: Students will complete their work on informational/explanatory writing. Students are learning and practicing cursive handwriting.
